We maintain your Personal Data as part of our customer records. Our records include your name, residential address, company, position and contact details. We have obtained this data in a number of ways - directly from you, from your employer and otherwise over time through our relationship with you - and may receive and/or retain it in various forms (whether in writing, electronically, verbally or otherwise).
We use your Personal Data to process your access permit and monitor entry to the park in connection to your performance of work, to comply with government requirements, and to perform such other processing that may be required in the course of the Company’s business under applicable laws or regulations.
These Personal Data are maintained in a secured hosted server storage with redundant backup systems. The storage is controlled by our authorized officers. The Company has security measures in place ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data contained in the storage and all measures will be reviewed over time and upgraded in line with technological developments.
The Personal Data you provide will be retained by the Company as long as necessary for a legitimate business purpose (the “Personal Data Retention Period”). While in custody of your Personal Data, the Company undertakes to provide measures to ensure security, protection and privacy of your Personal Data. Unless retention for a longer period is required for reasonable cause, the Personal Data shall, upon the lapse of the Retention Period, be securely disposed of by the Company in accordance with law. You are entitled to certain rights in relation to the Personal Data that may be collected from you and from your contacts, including the right to access, correct, object to the processing, as well as the right to file a complaint before the National Privacy Commission in case of violation of your rights as data subjects.
